Do not eat here!!

Bistro - Do not eat here!! Eat at your own peril!! Lucky to escape food poisoning!! (although it has only been one hour since we ate so still possible)

Absolutely disgusting. Raw bacon. Bitsy Tomato offcuts. More salt than chips. Soggy either overcooked or undercooked meals. One hour and a half wait. When we asked to speak to a manager they didn't show for another half an hour and when she did show she was not remorseful and was in fact offensive. Raised her voice at my guests with me who were sick of waiting and just wanted to pay and leave. She refused to refund or offer a discount on meals that were eaten (after waiting an hour and a half we were extremely hungry and unless we thought it would give us food poisoning ie raw bacon, we would have eaten dirt out of gutter). Some of my guests even after the long wait returned their meals they were just that disgusting. The manager that was on (black, curly haired woman) was plain rude, she appeared to think we were lying that the meals were disgusting except when we showed the BLT sandwich and then she seemed to think that was a one off disregarding they multiple half eaten plates around the table. She kept making excuses like we just been refurbished three days ago, that she had only just arrived and so it wasn't her fault. I was annoyed about the wait but the manager caused me to leave feeling absolutely furious due to her attitude, no remorse whatsoever! If I could give this place a negative I would!
