Gluten Free Baking Mix

This Wheat Gluten And Dairy Free Flour is a great addition to my kitchen.

It contains Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Raising Agent (450,500)and Xanthan Gum .

I have used it for making brownies, slices, puddings, cookies, and muffins. It has been fantastic.

The rising agent is also fantastic if you do not have any gluten free baking powder on hand.

I would definitely use this product again.
