I am sick of being "glutened" when going to foreign eating establishments - not because I think they are being mean, it is just the language barrier.

So I searched for translation cards and found a great site which is about travelling but I figured that I could use them in foreign cuisine restaurants and takeaways if there proved to be difficulty in getting it across.

Oh ... and God love Cookie Time cookies. They have made a very yummy chocolate full Cookie Time cookie that tastes great and has the texture of a brownie rather than a hard biscuit. Cost about 40c more than their normal ones so pretty good really.
