The Gluten Free Kiwi: Taking The
Firsts
Steps On a Gluten Free Journey.
Struggling
with finding gluten free foods that taste good and leave you feeling
good? Your health
is a valuable asset, without it life can be a
real struggle...
I know to well how hard it can be to struggle with the Symptoms
of gluten allergies, not knowing who to turn to, what was
wrong with me, or where to get
diagnosed.
There are plenty of other
allergies that are recognized and known around the world, eggs,
nuts, dairy... so why is it when you tell people you are allergic to
gluten, that they just think you are fussy, or roll there eyes.
(Without understanding the severity and ill health that comes when we
ingest gluten.)

Education is the 1st step to understanding!
That is why education is so
important! The most positive you can do it
to tell your gluten free story, or journey. To let people know about
"The Gluten Syndrome", its prevalence, important, and how being
diagnosed has effected you.
Your
story is and important way of spreading the word.!!!
My Gluten Free Journey has
been a long one, of
struggling with average health, annoying symptoms, and often looking
for answers, only to be turned away by the very people who I expected
to help me... due to a lack of education. So I decided to start this
website! And use what I had learned to educate and spread the word.
