can i grind instant mashed potato flakes into a flour and use it as a gluten free flour and is barley flour gluten free

I don't know if dried mashed potato would work very well. try bying potato flour and Yes Barley has got gluten in it. the 4 main ones are wheat,oats,barley,rye.all full of gluten and poisoness to a coeliac.
