Is normal flour ok if making unleavened bread for gluten free.

I was told that if I change the way I think of bread and the way I make it I could use normal flour for gluten free un leavened bread. I dont understand this. Is the gluten created in the flour or from the process of baking.?

Hi there, gluten is part of wheat and other grains. So, no matter how you use the flour it will ALWAYS contain gluten. Wonder, who would tell you such things. Cheers, Liz
