When eating gluten free goodies, biscuits are usually my least favorite... many people do not get it right... But Jon Jon Bakeries is not one of these people.

These shortbread style biscuits with lime, lemon or berry centers are a tasty treat with a coffee, or school lunches... And its hard to stop after one :). A Great product made locally! These biscuits are available in most supermarkets.

They seem to last a reasonable time as well, not like my baking which seems to dry out.

I like these and its nice to have something readily available from your supermarket
