This modern cafe was so helpful when I asked about Gluten Free meals the list was great

They make muffins slices breads (plain and Fruit) which you can use for one of their fantastic breakfasts (very Generous) toasted sandwiches or to make substitute on other meals. i.e steak sandwiches blts whitebait mussels meals. In their cabinet they quiches pies vegetarian beautiful salads. Cakes and sweets. They even have a fudge factory makes a great gift or just a traveling treat.
They also have a good range of soy and rice milks
Well worth a stop. Very reasonable fresh and clean.

Just on the Main road from Picton to Christchurch
