Kerens Gluten Free Summer Salsa

This is the best salsa I have ever tried... Gluten free which is great and it taste like 'FRESHNESS' Crisp and clean you can enjoy this salsa with anything. This is in no way a spicy dish.

What You Need to make Gluten Free Salsa

  • 4 Tomatoes

  • 1 Red Onion

  • The Juice of 2 Lemons

  • FRESH coriander... It has to be fresh or it just does not taste right.


  • Chop the tomato into cubes, dice the onion and combine in a bowl, Pick fresh coriander lightly chop and toss through the onions and tomatoes, Squeeze the juice of two lemons over and toss lightly. Cover and allow to sit for a few hours so that all the flavors can marinate together.

    This is a great dish because it tastes better the longer you leave it. I like to make up a big dish and eat half on the first day, and leave some for my lunch or dinner the next day. We served it as a side dish with hells pizza and wedges.

    It also goes great with:

  • Sandwiches


  • On Toast


  • stirred through gluten free pasta as a salad.


  • On Its own as a summer Salad


  • On Top of your favourite Mexican Dishes.


  • As a side dish or condiment with meat and vege
