This is the best salsa I have ever tried... Gluten free which is great and it taste like 'FRESHNESS' Crisp and clean you can enjoy this salsa with anything. This is in no way a spicy dish.
What You Need to make Gluten Free Salsa
4 Tomatoes
1 Red Onion
The Juice of 2 Lemons
FRESH coriander... It has to be fresh or it just does not taste right.
Chop the tomato into cubes, dice the onion and combine in a bowl, Pick fresh coriander lightly chop and toss through the onions and tomatoes, Squeeze the juice of two lemons over and toss lightly. Cover and allow to sit for a few hours so that all the flavors can marinate together.
This is a great dish because it tastes better the longer you leave it. I like to make up a big dish and eat half on the first day, and leave some for my lunch or dinner the next day. We served it as a side dish with hells pizza and wedges.
