Libby's epic chocolate chip bickies!
This is by far my best recipe. These babies seriously fill a gap and you can't tell they are GF.
Yum yum
RECIPE:
Pre heat over 180degrees fanbake
225 grams butter
Quarter cup condensed milk
1/2-3/4 cup ( depending on desired sweetness)chelsea white sugar
Vanilla essence ( as crazy as it sounds, for a glaze)
2 cups of 'Bakels G.F Health flour' ( yellow box, from supermarket)
1 slightly rounded tablespoon of edmonds GF baking powder
A bag of pams choc chips or choc drops (round 3 bucks a bag)
1)Cream butter, sugar and condensed milk in a bowl together until thick and kind of fluffy looking
2) Sift the dry ingredients into the mixture then pile in the choc chips
3) Mix all the ingredients together well ( I use a handbeater)
4) Roll mixture into balls, press flat with fork
5) ( The odd part but it's delish trust me)- glaze very lightly, the cookies with vanilla essence
6) Fan bake 180 degrees for approx 10 minutes. You will have to keep an eye on these as they turn golden fairly quickly
7) Enjoy!
