I have just tried this gluten free baguette for lunch and was pleasantly surprised.
I defrosted it in the microwave then finished it off the the sandwich press. It was a little dry but after spreading some olive oil on it before grilling and serving it in a hot dog with plenty of gluten free bbq sauce it was delightful.
They are rather big, so I had enough for 2 meals.
