It was a really special day on Sunday and we had dinner at Logan Brown. I had booked 2 weeks in advance and told them that I was GF.
The waiter knew that I was GF without my having to say so again and explained what could and could not be had from the menu.
But I really wanted whitebait which wasn't on the 'can be made GF' list. Waiter went back to the kitchen with my request and the chef made their whitebait dish GF for for me.
It was exquisitely flavourful, just to die for, as you would expect from Logan Brown.
The rest of the dining experience was wonderful too. Good choice of mains I could choose from, but just one dessert which had to be adapted to be GF.
Who wouldn't go back to Logan Brown - but I might have to wait a few years before we can afford it again.
