The Low Stress Diet... Avoid Foods That Put Stress On Your Body

Gluten Free New Zealand

What is a low stress diet, and how do I know about it?

http://www.glutenfreekiwi.com/image-files/gfcorn.jpgWell this was the first diet I tried, to see if food allergies were causing my ecezma, asthma, tired, grumpy, itchy, sad, moody, symptoms.

I suspected before I went on this diet that I could be sensitive to gluten and dairy, but after being on it for 3 weeks, I felt like a new woman... and realised what a big effect food allergies can have on you life!
