This was a bit of a science experiment... and has a bit of a kick so you might want to go a little less on the chilli!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown Rice
Water
1 tsp Chilli
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Garlic
5 TBSP Tamari (gluten free soya sauce)
1 tsp Gluten Free Oyster Sauce
Salt and Pepper
The Juice of one lemon
Onion (chopped)
Grated Carrot
Broccoli (chopped)
Mince
Let's Make Some Kai
Cook the brown rice in water (following instructions on the pack). Brown Onion and Mince, Combine all the seasonings in a cup then stir, add the cooked rice and heat through. Once cook put to the side in a bowl. Add vegetables cook until veggies are tender. Combine everything together and heat through, add salt and pepper to taste.
