Lucy's Gluten Free Hot Dogs

Ingredients

Whole Grain Gluten Free Mustard
Gluten Free BBQ Sauce
Livwell Gluten Free Baguette
Olive Oil
Lettuce
Mozzarella Sliced
Premier Precooked Country Style Frankfurters GF

Grill The Frankfurters on the grill or in the sandwich press. Spread Olive Oil On Baguette Slices in Half and Toast Lightly.

Spread BBQ Sauces and Mustard on each half of the Baguette, place lettuce leafs on baguette, top with the cooked frankfurters and place pieces of mozzarella on the top.

Serve with a Side Salad or Chips... Great For BBQ's, Lunches, Dinners, Easy, Quick and Tasty.

(I tend to go a little heavy on the sauce as sometimes gluten free buns can be dry, but grilling defiantly helps)
