Hooray, finally a gluten free sausage that does not contain sulphite #223! I am tired of coming acros a new sausage and then seeing the dreaded (233) in the ingredients, which my insides convert to something that can only be described as "rotten egg gas". It seems to be in every other gluten free sausage but this one. These are dark and beefy, not fatty, quite a solid sausage, almost a pepperoni/chorizo texture. They are a bit on the tough side, not as succulent as a standard sausage, which is why they get 4 stars.
