Maggi vegetable stocks

Are Maggi vegetable stocks gluten free? I've just gone onto a gluten free diet and know enough to know that gluten is in some enexpected ingredients but not enough to know what those ingredients are.

Can anyone help me?

Gluten Free Stock

This was one of the things that drove me nuts when I first became gluten free.

Most stocks do have wheat in them (in powdered form)

I have found a liquid stock at countdown that was gluten free

Or there are massel vegetable and meat stocks in cubes and powdered form - but when you look at the lable they are basically just made up of MSG.

The safest bet is to make your own stocks and freeze them. When ever I make a roast I like to boil the bones and make a stock, or buy bacon bones at the butchery to make a stock. That way you can thaw them as you need them for cooking.
