I hopped out for lunch with my Mother Today, and Merivale seemed to be buzzing with people out for lunch. So I looked around for a place with Gluten Free and Stumbled across this little cafe down a little arcade in Merivale.

What was on the menu

Gluten free frittata in 3 flavors
Chicken and Feta
Vege and Sundried Tomatoe
Blue Cheese & something I forget this option as I am not a fan of blue cheese.

I sampled the Chicken and Feta frittata , and it was the best I have ever tasted. Fresh and it came with a little side salad, just the right portion for lunch, and it was only $5... A bargain, I would defiantly go there again.

I think it must be an insiders secret, as there were only a few people in there, which was great, speedy service :)
