A hash brown can be a great bread substitute for people who are gluten free. But it always pays to check the packet, as sometimes they can be coated in flour. Or sometimes gluten can be used to fuse the potato together.
Try McCains Shredded Hashbrowns cooked in Canola Oil. They are Cholesterol Free.
Ingredients:
Potato, Vegetable Oil (canola), Salt, Dextrose.
These are great for a brunch, or underneath your meat and vege for dinner! A must have in the gluten free Freezer
