Orgran Gluten and Dairy Free Vanilla Cake

I am sitting in my gluten free kitchen on a miserable day - and have decided to bake myself a treat I purchased in Oamaru Pharmacies online store when I did my gluten free shopping a few weeks ago.

All I can say is EASY PEASY! I think even my microwave fire causing, pot burning sister could manage to add water and egg or oil to the mix and make an allergy friendly cake.

The mixture smells (and tastes) great, it took 5 minutes to make and 30 minutes to cook, around 5 minutes to ice... and it makes me look like a master chef... :)

All in All I think the Orgran Vanilla Cake Mix which is gluten free, dairy free, wheat free, egg free, vegan is a great option to gluten free kiwis like myself.

I am keen to try out the chocolate version, and have found the Orgran brand to be great when baking
