Good
as far as gluten
free products go, I tried it with gluten free
sausages... Not as salty as gluten spaghetti, you can taste the different type of flour... good when you mix it with eggs or sausages.

I also tried this in a gluten free toasties recently... and was pleasantly surprised.

My Only issue was the price... but I discovered how to remedy that, when you buy in bulk you can make fantastic savings!
