Good As far as gluten free products go, I tried it with gluten free sausages... Not as salty as gluten spaghetti, you can taste the different type of flour... good when you mix it with eggs or sausages.

My Only issue was the price... but I discovered how to remedy that, when you buy in bulk you can make fantastic savings!
