Pataks Butter Chicken Gluten Free Sauce

I tried this sauce out the other night, Normally I go to my local Indian place when I try a curry but I heard that Pataks do gluten free sauces so i had my first attempt at making my own.

The instructions were easy.

It made heaps of sauce.

It was really creamy and rich.

And it did not upset my stomach.

A good option for anyone who likes to cook there own Indian.

It was not to my taste.
