Q: Products packed on a line processing wheat ...Gluten free?

When a gluten free item/product is stating (at the bottom) it's been packed in a facility that processed wheat etc.

Does that disqualify the product as 'Gluten free'?

gluten free labelling

My understanding of the labelling is they are not allowed to label it Gluten Free if there is any detectable gluten in the product.

Cross Contamination

Hi, It really depends, there is always a risk of cross contamination in these circumstances. I am not to sure about the labelling laws.
