4 Pounds Tomatoes
500ml malt vinegar
1 Pound Apples
Salt n Pepper to taste
3 Large onions
1 Tsp Cloves
1 Tsp Allspice
1 Pound White Sugar
Cut up finely tomatoes, apples and onions or puree, put all in preserving pan or large pot with other ingredients cook 2-3 hours. Strain threw colander if needed, thicken with Edmonds fielders Cornflour (its gluten free) if needed and bottle, Seal well. We love this on sausages, cold meats in casseroles and stews very versatile.
