Rice left over from last nights meal can be made into little balls, just place a tablespoon in gladwrap and twist it tight. Pop it into the fridge overnight.
I put a small amount of GF teriyaki sauce in one of those little plastic fish saved from the sushi shop in the lunch box as well. A couple of these are filling and healthy.
