Salicylates, amines and glutamates?

Has any one else been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and also been on an elimiantion diet for possible food intolerances to salicylates, amines and glutamates? Please contact me if you have as I would appreciate sharing in your experience. Thanks, Lee
