I usually pack soup (chicken rice, split pea, vegetable beef) that it homemade. I also get a slice of turkey breast and put lettuce, cucumber and tomato in the center and roll it up. I give her fresh fruit, veggie sticks, corn chips, popcorn, etc. - all gluten free of course. She eats better now than she did before!
