If I'm not supposed to have Soy then why does everything labeled 'Gluten-Free' have some sort of Soy product in it?

Venerdi Gluten Free breads, pizzas and Baps are all soy and Dairy free as well and are available in most Supermarkets.
Also available at Hell Pizza. Domino's, Burger fuel, Burger Wisconsin, and many independent Pizzerias throughout NZ and Urban Burger in Australia.

you can actually get gluten free (wheat free) soy sauce, it's called Tamari, and is made with no additives like wheat. Try your supermarket in the International section, or the Asian Food Warehouse.

Some people can have soy and some can't. One issue with soy is that it is genetically modified. I don't know why it is in so many products. Soy contains phyto-oestrogens and many people react to these, I believe because many women are oestrogen-dominant.

There is a lot of research available about soy being detrimental, just as there is saying it is beneficial. However, my own opinion and findings for myself is that it is detrimental.

Are you allergic to soy or do you need to be gluten-free. If you need to be gluten-free you can have soy you can not have soy sauce. Soy sauce is made with wheat. Just soy is just soy.
