Tazo Chai tea

by Laura
(Michigan)

Hello,

I am a gluten sensitive person. I have changed my eating ways and have felt lots better and approx 40 lbs lighter :D

I love Tazo's Chai tea. Well I had it last night and I did not feel so hot after and still this morning. Are there any ingredients in it that could be cross contaminated???

I am soooo sad because I love chai tea. I hope it is something else in my diet but that is the only thing that is new that I ate yesterday since "the great change" in my life going to gluten free.

Thanks!

Laura
