So sorry to hear about your experience. I would feel exactly the same. I have had nothing but good experiences myself, but if that happened to me they wouldnt see me again.

Rip Off. NEW

I happened to dine at The Coffee Club last week with my partner, pleased at the look and prices of the food.
My anticipation soon turned to disappointment as my lunch was served. The club steak sandwhich I ordered was practically raw and bleeding, the bread was stained with blood and the meat was cold, as were the chips.
My partner, at least, was very pleased with his lunch, to my pleasure, but my meal certainly left me with a cold stomach.
Next time I receive a meal at ANY cafe/restaurant as I did here I will most certainly complain.
I guess you get what you pay for, but sometimes you get ripped off.
