Versatile Gluten Free Meatballs

Summer is here and I am a big fan of "things you can dip" So when wandering round the supermarket today I was inspired by the flavors of summer and decided it was time for me to make my own burger patties and meat balls for burger or dipping.
Lets Make Gluten Free Meatballs
500g Premium Mince1 Onion Finally Diced2 Table spoons of Tomato SauceFinely Chopped Italian Basil1 Egg1/2 Cup of Gluten Free Bread CrumbsSalt and PepperCombine the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Take Bits of the mix and roll into heaped teaspoon sized Balls and place in a container.
You can either freeze these to cook later, or fry, bake or grill them...
The best thing about this meatball recipe is the fact you can use them in so many different dishes... here are some great ideas on how to serve these meatballs one you have made them.
Shake with your favourite herbs and spices then bake or fry them in a little oil until cooked.
Serve on a platter with: Rice Paper Rolls
Rice Cakes
Carrot, Cucumber and Capsicum Sticks
Rice Crackers
Your Favourite Sauces & Hummaces.
Combine with Sauteed Onions and Fry to seal. Place in a Casserole dish with a Gluten free Tomato based sauce, a little red wine, some fresh basil chopped, Chopped Zucchini and Spinach and Bake for 30 minutes until piping hot and meatballs are cooked in the middle. Serve with your favourite gluten free pasta and a nice summer salad.
Spaghetti and meatballsGluten Free Meatball Sub - Find a gluten free roll, toast with cheese, chipolate sauce. Place the Cooked meatballs in side and top with shredded lettuce, carrot and tomato.
