Waiting for specialist appointment , can I reduce my gluten intake while waiting?
I am feeling really tired all the time, can fall asleep during the day easily, am on iron supplement and folic acid. Have just tested positive by G.P for coeliacs.
Have been referred to the hospital to see a specialist and so forth. I would dearly love to change my diet and feel better.
I know you can't as it alters the gut etc, can I reduce my gluten intake , and just eat a little each day to try and feel human again while waiting? I don't know how long appointment will take , could be months. Thanks Teresa
