Almost anything NEW

The symptoms can be almost anything, which is why it is so difficult to diagnose. Blood tests are often negative, yet the gluten-free diet effective even in these peolple.

My symptoms were:
menopausal sweats, night sweats (to both gluten and potato), excess weight, (or could be weight loss with some people), depression, lack of concentration, blocked nose, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea, pms, water retention, aching joints and muscles, bladder infections, dry skin, eczema, waking up each day still tired, fatigue, fatigue, fatigue...

I think a lot of people will have different symptoms. I have the following symptoms:

When I eat something with gluten my mouth goes dry immediately and often it burns and the skin peels off
I get very tired
I get diarrea
Stomach upset
I bloat
Fuzzy brain
weight gain
stomach pains, and unable to manage food
