What brands of Cocoa are gluten free?

I've just been diagnosed with coeliacs and have yet to find any cocoa that is gluten free!

What brands do you use for cooking with?

I have found THE BEST hot chocolate which is made out of organic cocoa and burnt sugar cane... It's delicious and rich without being to sweet.

You can buy it at trade aid in a red and brown box for 5-7ish$ (this price changes)

and i LOVE IT (also have found it at some new world supermarkets
