What Gluten Free Alcohol Can I Have?

I have received conflicting information on alcohol. Can a coeliac have spirits(rum, whiskey) and beer?

As for spirits - the idea is that is they are triple distilled most elements of gluten should be gone (but I find I still react)

Wine (in certain wineries) can also have a wheat flour paste used to seal the oak barrels during the fermentation process so it pays to test/check and call wineries and spirit companies just to be sure.
