Hello,
About 13 years ago I found out I was allergic to wheat, rye, barely, and oats. Although I do not have celiac.
Although everything I eat is wheat free gluten free I am wondering what is the difference? Is there foods that I can have that a person who has celiac can not?
I always found it strange that I do not have celiac but can not eat wheat, rye, barley, and oats. Just for giggles I am EXTREMELY allergic to beef also.
Any help?
