Hi Anonymous.
I agree that sun exposure is the ideal way to get vitamin d created.
However, up here in Bellingham Washington, we only see the sun approximately 1-2 x per week in the winter.
So I supplement.
I truly look forward to the sun in the spring.

cheapest soloution, stand outside in the sun twice a week for 15 mintues,unless your body doesnt produce it then you should definatly oder some in throught metablocis suppliers

I use Pure Encapsulations vitamin d liquid in my practice. Each drop is 1000 iu of D3in medium chain triglycerides as a carrier.
