Where To Shop Gluten free in Ashburton




Anyone out there that is gluten intolerant in Ashburton. I was just wondering where you buy gluten free groceries e.g. flours for bread etc.
I suspect I am gluten intolerant and would like to know what to do next. My doctor doesn't seem helpful over it, although I am going to try again.
So I guess Im asking how to start out on this journey.
